Construction Phases
 
The HRDC will be built in 3 phases, which will contain the following facilities:

Phase 1 (September 2004):
  • Administration block of offices

  • Public foyer / exhibition area

  • Multi purpose meeting hall

  • Cafeteria

  • Library & multi media presentation area

  • Specialised exhibition area

Phases 2 & 3 (September 2006):
  • Training workshops

  • Lecture halls

  • Laboratory

  • Test gardens

  • SMME units
